suvs, dmvs, unemployees

Well, my life as of lately, has been doomed when it comes to the dmv:
a "pseudoDUI - and - pseudo lack of insurance"...leading to a life of a suspended license, and a slew of fines...but I am getting all this bs taken care of..My license wasn't meant to be suspended, etc ...for those of who know this story, know it's complete bs. Then on top of that, I got in a car wreck...
errr, that sucked...that's when I got slapped with $600ish fine (finding out my license had been suspended) no fun!
Then my brakes were f-ed up!
I had to spend 600 dollars getting my brakes fixed and what not, but now my car's brakes are better than they ever were (when I got my car)

I lost my job with the newspaper, I relocated to Charleston, my hometown, and I am spending time with my lil' bro... and my mom, seeing family and friends, etc of Charleston,

and I am looking for a new job doing graphic design...
I've sent off my resume, and had some luck for one job, but the company wouldn't give me benefits (it's a small 3-4 person operation) and wouldn't pay me as much as I was being paid previously...
I've sent my resume other places, and haven't heard back yet.

I miss my friends in Savannah.
I also miss Sushi Zen in Savannah, yummy sushi late at night!!!
and their kick ass garlic rolls (that of which I haven't found at any other sushi place)


So overall, my life has fallen through the cracks.

My friends have been there for me.
and my family has also been there for me.

My brother has brought sunshine to my life!!!
even though I've gone through some mud as of lately.


Something I've been trying to think about as of lately;
where should I live? where do I want to go in life?
should I just freelance? -or- should I just work at a company? or both?
these questions have gone through my mind lately.
